Bluebell Vineyard Estates. Fine Sparkling Wine from the heart of Sussex

Wines

Bluebell Vineyard Estates produces wine from a variety of plots and intends to build a range of wines, the first of which is Hindleap.

Hindleap

Made from all the vineyards owned by Bluebell Vineyard Estates and currently in production, the styles produced fall into three categories:

Contemporary Range

Minimum of nine months on lees, more floral or fruit flavours, very easy drinking and suitable for drinking with food.

Classic Range

Minimum of 12 months on lees, more toasty characteristics and greater complexity.

Premier Range
Occasionally a wine may be treated in a special way, fermented in oak or aged on lees in excess of 18 months

The Vintages

Blanc de Blancs 2008: Made from the Chardonnay grape, this elegant sparkling wine has subtle brioche on the nose with a fresh citrus palate and a toasty finish, ideal as an aperitif and for celebrations.

Classic Cuvée 2007: Predominantly made from the Pinot Noir grape, this wine has been carefully blended to produce an elegant sparkling wine, pale gold in colour with a delicate floral nose, some red summer fruits on the palate and a creamy texture.

Rosé 2008: This elegant sparkling rosé has been tenderly crafted from the Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay varieties to reflect a crisp fresh fruitiness, lending hints of red berries on the nose and a succulent citrus palate.

Seyval Blanc 2008: Made from the Seyval Blanc variety, which is particularly suited to the English climate, this grape has produced an aromatic sparkling wine with a floral rosy nose with some peach with an even more expressive palate. This wine is suitable for pairing with spicy foods or even fruit desserts.
