WinesBluebell Vineyard Estates produces wine from a variety of plots and intends to build a range of wines, the first of which is Hindleap.![]() HindleapMade from all the vineyards owned by Bluebell Vineyard Estates and currently in production, the styles produced fall into three categories: Contemporary Range ![]() Minimum of nine months on lees, more floral or fruit flavours, very easy drinking and suitable for drinking with food. Classic Range ![]() Minimum of 12 months on lees, more toasty characteristics and greater complexity. Premier Range Occasionally a wine may be treated in a special way, fermented in oak or aged on lees in excess of 18 months

The Vintages![]() Blanc de Blancs 2008: Made from the Chardonnay grape, this elegant sparkling wine has subtle brioche on the nose with a fresh citrus palate and a toasty finish, ideal as an aperitif and for celebrations. Classic Cuvée 2007: Predominantly made from the Pinot Noir grape, this wine has been carefully blended to produce an elegant sparkling wine, pale gold in colour with a delicate floral nose, some red summer fruits on the palate and a creamy texture. Rosé 2008: This elegant sparkling rosé has been tenderly crafted from the Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay varieties to reflect a crisp fresh fruitiness, lending hints of red berries on the nose and a succulent citrus palate. Seyval Blanc 2008: Made from the Seyval Blanc variety, which is particularly suited to the English climate, this grape has produced an aromatic sparkling wine with a floral rosy nose with some peach with an even more expressive palate. This wine is suitable for pairing with spicy foods or even fruit desserts. |
