Contract Wine Making

Many people from different walks of life have recently planted vines. For some this may be a hobby, while for others a serious investment with potential sales from grapes grown or the final wine made.

Bluebell Vineyard Estates award-winning Winemaker can assist with the wine making at varying levels depending on how involved the grower wishes to be. We can provide a full service, making and bottling wine ready for sale or simply with pressing the grapes for you to make the wine yourself, it's up to you.

Full service

Wine is made on your behalf following the selection of the phases best suited to you:

Phase 1 - Receiving, Weighing, Pressing, Cold Settling and Racking
Phase 2 - Primary Fermentation, Monitoring, Blending, Ageing and Stabilising
Phase 3 - Bottling
Phase 4 - Bottle Ageing and Cellaring
Phase 5 - Disgorging

A consultation to discuss wine style and payment options is included.

Bespoke service

Buildings and equipment are provided for you to make your own wine. This can be combined with some of the phases above, for example; we could press your grapes and you could make your wine yourself.
